2) Incase of Ex. serviceman, the upper
age limit is relax-able to the extent of service rendered by him in the Armed
Forces or 15 years in addition to item No.01 whichever is less.
3) The age of candidates belonging to
the scheduled castes, Buddhist community, is relaxed for 03 years in addition
to the relaxation mentioned on item No.01 above.
4) The age of Government Servants and
contract employees who have completed 02 years continues Government
Service on the closing date of submission applications is relaxed for 10 years in
addition to item No.01 above.
5) In case of sons of deceased Civil
Servants who died during service is relaxed for 05 years in addition to item No.01
above.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Attested copies of:-
1) Computerized National Identity Card.
2) Domicile.
3) Character Certificate (issued by gazette
officer).
4) Educational Certificates.
5) Relationship Certificate (In case
of son of Railways employee).
6) Army discharge book(in case of Ex.
Service Men).
7) Three photographs of passport size.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE
RECRUITMENT.
1) Written test will be conducted for
the categories vide Group-A vide item No.0! to 05 above and all eligible candidates
will be called for written test. After that, only those candidates will be called
for interview who shall qualify the written
test.
2) As regards Group-B, C & D vied item No.06 to 17, all the eligible candidates will be called for physical test.
The candidates who will qualify the physical test, their interviews will be conducted
on the same date.
3) Selected candidates will be required
to pass prescribed Medical Examination from Pakistan Railway Hospital, Multan.
4) The selected candidates will undergo
training at PR Academy Walton, Lahore against the categories mentioned above.
5) Disable 02% quota will only be applicable
for the post of Junior Commercial Assistant (Booking & Parcel).
6) During the training course, the trainees will be paid only “stipend” equivalent to minimum of basis pay scale of the
relevant posts.
7) Number of posts can be changed without
assigning any reasons.
8) No relaxation even in case of son of Railway Employees
in Educational Qualification,
Age Limit (specified above) and in Medical Fitness will be permitted.
9) The Competent Authority has the right
to reject any application/ applications without assigning any reason under
the Rules.
10)The Competent Authority has the right to cancel the selection
if the administrative reasons so warrant at any stage.
11)No TA/ DA will be admissible.
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION.
1) The desirous candidates may submit their applications on “Application
Form” specimen given below along with required documents. The applications must be deposited by
hand or be sent to Divisional Personnel Officer (C. R. Section) Divisional Superintendent,
Office, Pakistan Railways, Multan by registered Dakup to 20-10-2018. No application will be entertained after closing date i.e
(20-10-2018).
2) The applicants are required to submit only one (01) application
form for each group along with his preference for the post as mentioned in Group-A,
B, C & D. The specimen of application form is also appended.
3) The candidates having higher qualification must link their Matric
2™ division Certificate with application which is prescribed qualification for the
posts as mentioned above, otherwise application will not be entertained.
4) ‘The candidates who want to apply against the quota of Railways
Employee Son, Ex. Servicemen, Orphan/ Destitute or Minority must have to mention
the said quota at the top of the application along with relevant certificates, otherwise their applications will not be entertained against the said
posts.
5) Three (03) postal envelopes for each Group with complete address
written thereon be also sent/ attached with the applications and names of Group
should also be mentioned on the corner of envelopes.
6) The applications without Educational Certificates, Domicile,
CNIC, Postal Envelopes and other relevant documents will not be entertained.
7) Government Servants (including Railways Employees) should submit
their applications through the Head of their Departments by producing “NOC” from
their concerned departments, otherwise their applications will not be
entertained.
8) Complete readable postal address alongwith mobile numbers should
also be endorsed on application forms and envelope.
